Joseph Gentile is the founding attorney of Gentile Property Law Office, LLC, with more than 25 years of experience serving clients in Maryland and Washington, D.C. His practice focuses on real estate and estate planning law, allowing him to offer a well-rounded, strategic approach to protecting his clients’ most important assets.
Joe graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park, with degrees in Economics and Italian Language and Literature, and earned his law degree from The George Washington University Law School. He has been a practicing attorney since 1999 and is admitted to the bars of both Maryland and the District of Columbia.
Joe provides experienced counsel in all areas of real estate law, including residential and commercial transactions, contract drafting and negotiation, deed preparation, and title and settlement matters. He also offers comprehensive estate planning services—drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives—tailored to the individual needs of each client.
Joe’s extensive real estate background gives him a deeper understanding of how to structure estate plans that effectively preserve and transfer property. His clients benefit from clear, practical advice and a commitment to making the legal process straightforward and stress-free.
Outside of his legal work, Joe serves on the board of Potomac Soccer and enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, cooking, and following his favorite sports teams (Commanders, Capitals, Ferrari and all things Italian soccer).
